Edinburgh Bike Breakfast

On Wednesday 17th June 2009 (8am-10am) Spokes, the Lothian Cycle Campaign, will be hosting a Bike Breakfast. All cyclists are welcome.

There will be a free breakfast provided by City of Edinburgh Council; free Spokes maps for the first 20 cyclists to the Spokes stall after 8am; free bike clean and lube from Edinburgh Bicycle Co-operative and a free gift pack for the first 100 people to their stall; speakers including Cllr Paul Edie and Cllr Steve Burgess; and a Stokes quick quiz that will give you a chance to win a Bike Co-op rucksack.

The event is being held at Edinburgh City Chambers Quadrangle, High Street, Edinburgh.

Why not pop into our city centre Edinburgh Central hostel afterwards for a coffee and cake? Our bistro there is open to all offering a great selection of meals, drinks and snacks in a contemporary and spacious setting with plasma TVs, internet access and wifi coverage. We even have loads of space outside for securing your bike!
